Every item is made from scratch, including their popular fusion banh mi, flavorful rice bowls, fresh salads, and hand-rolled lumpia and wontons. Shyam's dedication to authentic flavors, combined with his local roots, creates a unique culinary experience you won't want to miss.
Cloudripper starts serving at 11am with their famous crispy Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Fried Eggplant Sandwiches that have earned them a dedicated following in Bishop. Their creative flavor combinations, like Homemade Kimchi and Hot Honey, elevate these sandwiches to something truly special. Coachwhip Cafe brings their sustainable, made-from-scratch cuisine that has been delighting Eastern Sierra residents since 2021. Blacksheep Coffee Roasters will kick off the day by generously providing coffee to our vendors, then serving their famous cold brew to visitors until supplies last! For over 20 years, this Bishop staple has been roasting exceptional coffees with a mission of environmental stewardship and community support. Their coffee bar is a beloved gathering spot for locals, climbers, and outdoor enthusiasts, offering espresso drinks, breakfast options, and fresh-baked pastries with plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices.
